Peter Seidler, the grandson of longtime former Dodgers owner Walter Francis O’Malley, has sold his home in the Los Feliz Oaks area for $4.6 million, making it the highest-priced sale on record so far this year in Los Feliz. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Mediterranean was built in 2004. It has 7,380 square feet of living space in two stories and sits on a half-acre lot with an 80-foot-long infinity pool. A guesthouse and theater add about 1,450 more square feet of living space. The listing agent was Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties, Beverly Hills.

Before this sale, $4 million was the high mark for Los Feliz sales in 2009. So how many Dodger dogs does $4.6 million translate into?
