Pictured: "Gould House" in Ventura; Featured on Oct. 15, 2006, listed at $2.45 million; sold Oct. 16 2007 for $2.25 million.

Also featured:
--A Bixby Hills home featured in May 2005 for $1.49 million to $1.59 million, which sold  for $1.25 million in May 2007.
--And a Mar Vista home featured in June 2007 for $2.08 million, which is now leasing for $5,700 per month.
