MTV schedules telethon to raise funds for Haiti earthquake relief

As the first wave of international aid arrived today in Haiti, MTV announced that actor George Clooney will host a bicoastal telethon next week to raise money and support for the relief effort.

The Jan. 22 fundraiser will air on all MTV Networks channels.
