A team of rescuers from Los Angeles County has located six victims trapped in the rubble in Haiti.

The Los Angeles Urban Search and Rescue Team used search dogs to help locate victims at two locations — one a three-story home, the other a four-story building that ‘pancaked’ after the massive quake, according to the L.A. County Fire Department.

Some of the victims survived, others were found dead, the department said in a statement.

As of Saturday afternoon, the team were moving on to other collapsed buildings looking for survivors.
