Three animal activists staged a protest in Mexico over the weekend against the sale of pets in cages.

The three women shed all but their underwear and crowded into a single cage outside a Mexico City shopping mall. Check the pictures here on China View. Dogs, cats and other animals are held in cages and sold in pet shops throughout the country. The activists urged the public to adopt, rather than buy, their domestic animals.
