Smugglers make a gate in U.S.-Mexico border fence

This video from Reuters this morning shows some of the tactics smugglers of illegal immigrants are using to get past the border fence separating the two countries.

According to this video dispatch, one group of smugglers cut a hole in the fence and built a gate to use at their own convenience, leaving the Border Patrol to discover and seal up.
