The man struck the woman ‘in the face and shoved her back into her vehicle, holding her down as he sexually assaulted and tore the victim’s clothing,’ police said in a statement.

The woman fought back, screamed and honked her horn as the attacker fled, carrying a skateboard.

Police said the man is described as Latino and is about 15 years old to 20 years old. He is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a thin build and acne on his face.

The suspect had a long, black ponytail reaching to the middle of his back and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black “skinny” jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (714) 245-8378.
