Investigators had no new updates on the case early Monday morning, a sheriff’s spokesman said. No arrests have been reported.

The fight initially broke out inside the German-themed locale and spilled into a parking lot about 12:25 a.m. Sunday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.

A man was shot, and he died of his injuries at a hospital, authorities said. His name has not yet been released.

A second man also was stabbed, a sheriff’s statement said. Authorities said Sunday he was in stable condition at a hospital; his condition Monday was not immediately known.

Investigators described the altercation as a ‘big fight’ and said they were looking for two suspects in what were believed to be separate incidents. No suspect descriptions were immediately available, other than both were believed to be men. Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incidents to call sheriff’s homicide detectives at (323) 890-5500, or provide information anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.
