Navy combat veteran killed in training accident at Camp Pendleton

A Navy corpsman who served two combat tours in Afghanistan has been killed in a training accident at Camp Pendleton, the Marine Corps announced Tuesday.

Petty Officer 3rd-class Wilson Won Lee, 23, from Lakewood in Los Angeles Country, was killed Sunday in a vehicle accident. He was assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 1, Combat Logistics Regiment 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group, at Camp Pendleton.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
