Sheriff's homicide detectives on scene in Carson

L.A. County sheriff's homicide detectives are investigating an incident Tuesday evening  near Avalon Boulevard and University Drive in Carson, authorities said.

No additional information was provided.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff's homicide bureau at (323) 890-5500. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.
