Two children ejected from SUV in Woodland Hills freeway crash
Two children were thrown from the sport utility vehicle they were riding in Saturday when it collided with a second SUV on the Ventura Freeway near Valley Circle Boulevard in Woodland Hills, authorities said.
Ten people -- including six youngsters -- were injured in the crash shortly after 1 p.m. All eastbound freeway lanes were blocked for about an hour, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
Six Fire Department ambulances took all 10 victims to hospitals, Humphrey said.
The condition of the victims was not immediately available.
