Hemet man accused of sending sexually explicit material to minor

David Roman A 34-year-old Riverside County man has been arrested on suspicion of sending sexually explicit material to a minor, authorities said.

David Roman, who lives in Hemet, allegedly arranged to meet with the minor. But he was arrested by investigators who had launched a surveillance operation after being alerted about the explicit material, according to authorities.

Roman is also wanted on a felony arrest warrant in Arizona, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said. He was being held at a county jail in Indio.

Authorities on Wednesday were asking anyone with information to call investigators at (760) 836-1600.
