On Sept. 16, Liliana Medrano photographed her brother, Ivan, on the 4th Street Bridge between downtown Los Angeles and Boyle Heights. "As cars drove by and left the street traffic-free, we both quickly ran to the middle of the bridge and took a quick few shots," she said.
