November 16, 2012 |  7:54 am

Megan Sue DipiazzaPolice searched Friday for a missing 33-year-old La Crescenta mother who they say has a history of depression and left a note saying “goodbye to her family.”

Megan Sue Dipiazza went missing Sunday evening from her apartment, where the note was found, according to the Glendale Police Department.

Police told the Glendale News-Press that Dipiazza’s disappearance doesn’t indicate foul play and “no suspicious activity has been identified.”

Her family has been concerned about her welfare, according to police, and have been working with detectives, who want to speak with Dipiazza.

She has blond hair, green eyes, is 5-feet-6 and 122 pounds. Dipiazza drives a 2013 gray Toyota Scion, with California license plate number 6XJR885, although the plate may not be on the car.

Anyone with information is asked to call Glendale police Sgt. Jeff Newton at (818) 548-3987.
