4 held in sexual assault of drunk teenager in San Diego

Four people have been arrested in San Diego on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl who passed out after a night of heavy drinking, the Police Department announced Friday.

Raatib Prince, 18, was booked into county jail. Two 17-year-old boys and a 14-year-old girl were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall.

The 16-year-old was found unconscious in a canyon by a passerby on Monday night. She was taken to a local hospital and remained unconscious until Tuesday, police said.

Sex-crime detectives have determined that the victim and the others were drinking for several hours before she collapsed and was sexually assaulted, authorities say.
