Two lanes of the northbound 5 Freeway at the 605 interchange were closed early Friday after a two-car crash, California Highway Patrol officials said.

The CHP said it received calls reporting the crash, which is not believed to have caused any injuries, at about 4:58 a.m. As of 5:45 a.m., traffic on the roadway near Santa Fe Springs remained restricted to two lanes as officials work to clear the wreckage.

CHP officials said they have yet to determine the cause of the crash.
