Hollywood Christmas Parade winds through Tinseltown tonight

The 81st annual Hollywood Christmas Parade will kick off Sunday night at 6:30 p.m. for a 3.2-mile route down Hollywood Boulevard, Vine Street and Sunset Boulevard.

Actor Joe Mantegna will serve as grand marshal, while Erik Estrada and Laura McKenzie will be broadcast hosts.

The parade will also feature marching bands, including the Long Beach Junior Concert Band, making its 54th appearance in the parade, and the Gadsden Elementary School Marching Band from San Luis, Ariz.

Of course there will be horses, too, including the Victoria Rose Ladies Riding Society.

A number of celebrities are expected as well, such as Jerry Mathers, who played the "Beaver" on the iconic sitcom "Leave it to Beaver."

The pre-parade show begins at 5:30 p.m.
