Approximate location of crash shown in red.

An accident on the westbound 105 Freeway under the 710 overpass in Lynwood blocked the carpool and two left-hand lanes for two hours early Wednesday morning before being cleared by the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials said the crash involved as many as three vehicles and that one of the drivers involved was arrested for driving under the influence.

Authorities said they received a call at 3:22 a.m. reporting the crash, which kept the freeway lanes closed until 5:22 a.m. As of 5:35 a.m., CHP investigators were still at the scene investigating the crash.
