Water main break near 101 Freeway at Cahuenga Pass repaired
A ruptured water main that sent water gushing onto the 101 Freeway in the Cahuenga Pass early Thursday has been repaired, the California
Highway Patrol reported.
The rupture was discovered about 2:30 a.m. and eventually covered the northbound lanes of the freeway with six inches of water, the CHP said.
Traffic is now flowing freely, the agency said.
