Earthquake: 3.2 quake strikes near Vallejo
A shallow magnitude 3.2 earthquake was reported Monday morning eight miles from Vallejo, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 9:09 a.m. Pacific time at a depth of 5.6 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was two miles from Green Valley, seven miles from Fairfield, and 34 miles from San Francisco City Hall.
In the past 10 days, there has been one earthquake magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
