Balloon causes power outage in Long Beach

A mylar balloon has caused a power outage in the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach, according to police.

Roughly 2,100 customers were without power late Sunday night. Southern California Edison estimated that the power would return around 3 a.m., according the police.
