Police seek suspect in Old Pasadena sex assault


Pasadena sex assault suspectPasadena police on Monday were seeking the public's help in tracking down a man who sexually assaulted a woman after she left a nightclub in the Old Pasadena district.

The woman was attacked in an alley shortly after leaving the club just before midnight Saturday, police said. 

The attacker threatened the woman, took her to a secluded parking area nearby and assaulted her, the Pasadena Police Department said. The woman was found by passersby.

Police described the suspect as a Latino between 30 and 40 years old. He is 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 9 with a medium build, thin mustache and goatee and has a mole or dark mark on his cheek. Police said he was wearing dark clothing.
