Five shot, two fatally, at Inglewood home later set on fire

Five people were shot, including a father and son who were fatally injured, at an Inglewood home early Saturday that was later set on fire, according to KTLA News.

Among the victims were three children. A woman was found with gunshot wounds to her pelvis and knee. Both the father and a 4-year-old boy were pronounced dead several hours later. A fourth child was found uninjured.

Details were sketchy, but officials said a gunman started shooting and then set a dwelling on fire at the back of the property in the 4900 block of West 99th Street. Police were still searching for the gunman.

SWAT officers were on scene and had evacuated neighbors, according to City News Service.

KTLA News reported that the gunman might have been recently evicted from the back home on the property.
