Two-vehicle crash jams traffic on 405 Freeway in Carson

Traffic was jammed on the 405 Freeway in Carson early Monday after a crash blocked two northbound lanes during the morning commute.

The two-vehicle crash was reported about 5:41 a.m. at Alameda Street, the California Highway Patrol reported. The carpool and left lanes were blocked, bringing traffic to a standstill.

Officer Monica Posada said the crash had been cleared by about 6:20 a.m. No immediate information concerning injuries was available.
