Off the menu: Does your favorite restaurant offer some specials only the locals know about? Flickr user Acmestudiosla shared a photo of an "off the menu" sandwich from the Lighthouse Cafe in San Pedro on Aug. 26. It has a fried egg, pastrami and the works. Looks like it pays to be in the know.
