Intruder with scissors arrested at Miley Cyrus' home

Los Angeles police said they arrested a man found hiding in the bushes of Miley Cyrus' Studio City home on Saturday morning.

The suspect was held on suspicion of trespassing and burglary, police said.

LAPD officers reported that they responded to a 911 trespassing call at the singer's home. They said they found a man hiding in the bushes, and when he refused to cooperate with police, they used a non-lethal Taser gun on him.

KTLA caught the arrest on video.

The man, who identified himself as Jason Luis Rivera, had a pair of scissors when he was apprehended, according to officials.

KTLA reported that Cyrus was not home at the time.
