Man stabbed to death in Compton

Homicide report

A man was stabbed to death in Compton early Saturday, authorities said.

The stabbing occurred about 3:30 a.m. near East Myrrh Street and South Atlantic Avenue, said Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Guillermina Saldana. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

“We don’t have any updates at this point,” she said. “Anyone with information is encouraged to call us.”
