A former "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" star has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

Talan Torriero, 25, known for his role on the reality show from 2004-05, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Brooks Street and South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, according to Sgt. Louise Callus.

Torriero reportedly made a left turn in the 200 block of Brooks Street in violation of posted signs that prohibit left turns and U-turns at that intersection, she said.

The vehicle was stopped by police and after speaking with the driver, the officer noticed indications that Torriero could be intoxicated, Callus said.

The television star was given field sobriety tests and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was later released by police, Callus said.

According to the IMDB, Torriero tried his hand at acting with appearances in several films following the cancellation of the hit MTV show.

He was also once romantically linked to Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and was engaged to Kimberly Stewart — rocker Rod Stewart's daughter — for a week, according to People magazine.
