Police seek drivers who struck, killed woman on scooter

Police on Friday were investigating the death of a woman struck by two cars as she made a left turn on her motorized bicycle in Studio City, police said.

The woman was riding eastbound on Sarah Street on Thursday evening and was hit by a Saturn SUV headed southbound on Tujunga Avenue as she was making a left turn, police said. She bounced off the SUV and landed in the street, where she was hit by a second car, police said.

She died of her injuries at a hospital. No other details were immediately available.
