July 10, 2012 |  9:36 pm

Firefighters have fully contained a 75-acre blaze in San Bernardino County that briefly closed a highway and prompted voluntary evacuations, the U.S. Forest Service said late Tuesday.

The Panorama fire flared up about 2 p.m. Monday on the west side of California 18 near San Bernardino.

More than 250 firefighters attacked the fast-spreading blaze; four of them suffered heat-related injuries  and were taken to hospitals.

The fire's cause is under investigation. Anyone with information should call the San Bernardino Fire Department at (909) 384-5777.
