L.A. Now Live: Discuss the 'Dark Knight' shooting

Join Los Angeles Times staff writers to discuss the latest developments in the "Dark Knight" shooting in Colorado, the alleged suspect's ties to San Diego and what effect the shooting may have on the box office.

The chat is scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday.

At least 12 people were killed and 50 injured in the attack in Aurora, Colo. Witnesses said the gunman released a noxious gas in the theater before opening fire, making escape more difficult. Survivors said they were forced to run past bodies in the aisles.
