MTA bus, 2 vehicles collide; 8 people injured

A crash involving an MTA bus and two other vehicles injured eight people in Woodland Hills on Saturday afternoon, officials said.

The accident occurred about 4:55 p.m. in the 22000 block of West Sherman Way, said Matt Spence of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

All eight people were taken to a hospital.

One of the eight, a woman who was driving one of the vehicles, was listed in serious condition, Spence said. None of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
