June 15, 2012 | 12:28 pm

Actress Lindsay Lohan leaves the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles after a progress report hearing in March.

Lindsay Lohan was examined by paramedics on Friday after a co-worker on a movie she is filming became concerned that the actress looked exhausted, sources told The Times.

One source, who spoke on the condition of annyomity because of medical privacy rules, said Lohan was resting after long stretches of filming and looked tired. She was checked out by parademics and was not taken to the hospital. The source said Lohan is in good health and will continue her work.

Lohan is filming a Lifetime television movie in which she portrays Elizabeth Taylor.

The incident comes a week after Lohan's Porsche collided with a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway.

Police are continuing to investigate the crash, when sent Lohan to the hospital for observation.

The crash occurred during an upswing in Lohan's fortunes after several years of incidents that had her in court numerous times. Lohan has said she's learned her lessons from the problems.

She was on probation for a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. Since then she has also been convicted of shoplifting and was on probation for that offense as well.

Lohan was sent to jail several times for violating the terms of her probation. But she hewed to a strict regimen of community service at the county morgue and counseling. In March, a judge ended her probation in the DUI case and reduced the shoplifting probation to unsupervised status.
