Alex Trebek in 'good spirits' after heart attack

Alex Trebek is expected to resume taping "Jeopardy"

"Jeopardy" host Alex Trebek was expectd to make a full recovery after suffering what officials described as a mild heart attack Saturday.

The 71-year-old is undergoing further testing at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after being admitted Saturday, Sony Television's Paula Askanas confirmed to The Times. She said Trebek was in "good spirits" following the incident.

Trebek is expected to make a full recovery, Askanas said, and should be on the set when "Jeopardy!" begins taping its 29th season in July.

Trebek suffered another heart attack in 2007. He took several weeks off and then resumed taping "Jeopardy."
