Man stabbed to death in Fairfax neighborhood

Click here to learn more about homicides in the area. A man was stabbed to death early Saturday morning in the Fairfax area of Los Angeles, authorities said.

Responding to a call at 1:30 a.m., Los Angeles police officers found the victim on the pavement of North Orlando Avenue near Oakwood Avenue. He had been stabbed multiple times.

Police did not release his identity but said the killing did not appear to be gang-related.
