Man arrested in case of missing teen Sierra LaMar
A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with the disappearance of Bay Area teenager Sierra LaMar.
Antolin Garcia-Torres was arrested late Monday at a Safeway Store in Morgan Hill, according to Bay Area News reports.
Garcia-Torres was taken into custody by detectives with the Santa Clarita County Sheriff's Department.
Police believe the 15-year-old was abducted outside her Morgan Hill home on the morning of March 16 as she was going to school. Authorities have received more than 1,400 tips and logged about 8,900 personnel hours on the case.
