Man's body found in Mission Hills medical building

A man's body was found Friday inside a medical facility in Mission Hills, authorities said.

Authorities were notified at 6:30 a.m. after the body was found at the Facey Medical Group in the 11200 block of Sepulveda Boulevard. The man was not identified.

“We’re still waiting to receive details on the circumstances and what happened,” said Officer Gregory Baek of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Reports indicate the man may have been stabbed in the upper body, but Baek said he was unable to confirm that.
