Los Angeles police documented but did not take an official report of an incident in which actress Lindsay Lohan allegedly hit a man with her car outside a Hollywood club early Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred shortly before 1 a.m. at a parking lot in the 6500 block of Hollywood Boulevard, said Officer Norma Eisenman.

Lohan was surrounded by paparazzi and was trying to negotiate a U-turn in a parking lot when she brushed the leg of the man, reportedly a manager at a nearby club.

The man called police, who took down the information but did not make an official report because he was not injured.

Officers did not contact Lohan and the incident is not being considered a hit-and-run, Eisenman said.
