Kayla Lyons was last seen at about 1:25 a.m. near Gilbert Street and Orangethorpe Avenue, said Cpl. Tim Kandler.

"She took off running away," he said.

Lyons is 5 feet tall, weighs about 95 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a blue sweater, dark blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Lyons has psychological and medical issues and may be in need of medication, he said.
