Woman arrested after painting her fingernails on Southwest flight

Southwest

A Burbank woman who just had to paint her fingernails on a Southwest Airlines flight to Houston was reportedly arrested after getting into an argument with a flight attendant.

The woman, Jeanie Daniels, was detained for 10 hours Feb. 26 upon arriving at Houston's Hobby Airport before a judge dismissed the suggested charge of using "abusive profane language," according to a CBS Los Angeles report.

Daniels, en route to visit her boyfriend, was painting her nails in her seat when a flight attendant asked her to stop. She did, but with just two more nails to go, she decided to finish the job in the bathroom.

A flight attendant was waiting for Daniels when she exited, and that's when the verbal tango ensued, CBS reported.
