Man wanted in San Bernardino molestation held in Las Vegas

Michael Ray WhiteA man suspected of sexually molesting a 13-year-old girl in San Bernardino has been arrested in Las Vegas.

Michael Ray White, 60, was recognized by security officers at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino who had seen his picture on a wanted flier, according to KTLA-TV Channel 5 report.

White was turned over to Las Vegas police.

Police said White allegedly met the Lancaster girl online, drove her to a motel in San Bernardino on Dec. 29 and repeatedly sexually assaulted her, according to the report.

Investigators on Thursday were preparing to extradite White to San Bernardino.
