LAPD patrol car involved in collision in Hollywood Hills

A Los Angeles Police Department patrol car was involved in a car crash with at least one other car Friday morning in the Hollywood Hills, officials said.

The collision happened at about 10:11 a.m. on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard.

An ambulance was called to the scene to help a person who may have been trapped in one of the cars.

Police are at the scene and no other information is available at this time, Officer Sara Faden said.
