Actress Kirsten Dunst wins restraining order

A Los Angeles judge Monday ordered a Frenchman to stay away from "Spiderman" star Kirsten Dunst until 2015.

Dunst alleged that Jean Christophe Prudhon, 51, sent her dozens of love letters and actually flew to Los Angeles to meet her.

Under the order, Prudhon must stay at least 100 yards from Dunst and her mother.

Dunst had earlier received temporary restraining orders against Prudhon.
