Rapper Tyler the Creator arrested at West Hollywood nightclub

Tyler the CreatorRapper Tyler the Creator was arrested after he allegedly trashed equipment at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood during a show where he performed, a celebrity website reported Friday.

Tyler Okonma, known as Tyler the Creator, was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, the TMZ website reported.

Sheriff's officials were not immediately able to give any information about the arrest, and Okonma did not appear in the department's online inmate information center.

A show attendee posted video of Okonma apparently throwing and kicking a microphone. Fans posting on Twitter said the rapper had thrown the microphone at a sound engineer.
