Three CHP units and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel are attending to the accident, which was reported at 2:17 p.m., CHP Officer Christian Cracraft said.

A Metro bus is at the scene, he said, but the nature of the bus' involvement is unclear. A SigAlert has not been issued, but Cracraft estimated it will take at least 30 minutes to clear the crash.

"The 110 is stopped all the way to the 10 [freeway]," Cracraft said. "The cars aren’t even moving."
