Hiker finds body on Arroyo Seco trail in Pasadena

A hiker found the body of a man who had apparently committed suicide in the Arroyo Seco, according to Pasadena police.

A hiker walking Friday on a trail west of Brookside Golf Course near Wahington Boulevard saw the body of a male in his 40s who had hanged himself from a tree, according to Pasadena Police Lt. Diego Torres.

The hiker contacted authorities.

Torres said there were no signs of foul play.
