Redlands police release video of deadly bar shooting

Redlands police on  Tuesday released video footage of a man firing a handgun in a deadly shooting at a downtown bar.

Investigators are hoping that the footage will help them with leads in the shooting that left a 22-year-old man dead and a 23-year-old man injured at Charlie Jewell's on East State Street, the Redlands Police Department said.

The footage shows a scuffle outside the bar and the gunman firing on people as they flee back inside the establishment.

The gunman is described as a Latino in his early 20s. He's about 5 feet 7 and weighs about 150 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Rob Williams at (909) 798-7688 or the department dispatch center at (909) 798-7681.
