Video: Occupy L.A. protesters brace for police to arrive

Protesters at the Occupy L.A. encampment vowed to remain Tuesday night as they braced for police to swoop down on the area.

Earlier, the Los Angeles Police Department declared a tactical alert due to an "unusual occurrence" downtown.

Protesters were sharing the phone numbers of bail bondsmen and attorneys as they gathered on the steps of City Hall.

"We are people! We will not leave," shouted one man as an LAPD patrol car was parked across the street.
