Man takes photos up a woman's skirt at Nordstrom, police say

An Irvine man has been arrested for taking pictures up a woman's skirt at a Costa Mesa Nordstrom's Rack department store, police said Monday.

Dylan Noel, 31 of Irvine, was arrested after security spotted him taking pictures up a woman's skirt at Nordstrom Rack at 901 South Coast Drive in Metro Pointe last week, said Costa Mesa Police Sgt. Phil Myers.

Security saw Noel taking pictures of a 54-year-old Irvine woman about 4:30 p.m. Thursday and notified police.

He was arrested and held on misdemeanor invasion of privacy, according to the Daily Pilot.
