O.C. man convicted of raping 3 women, 2 of whom he met on MySpace

Jason Ara Erpinar

A Yorba Linda man pleaded guilty Monday to raping three women, two of whom he met on a social networking website, officials said.

Jason Ara Erpinar, 22, is expected to be sentenced Wednesday to 15 years in state prison.

Orange County prosecutors say he met two of the women, one 18 and the other 22, on MySpace, asking them on dates and then raping them when they got drunk.

The third woman was Erpinar's ex-girlfriend, who told authorities he was physically abusive when they were dating and forced himself on her when she was a minor.

One of the women Erpinar met through MySpace allegedly had a cracked tooth and several scrapes on her face when she woke up the morning after their encounter.
